Are you a notary public?

Yes. All of our notaries have passed background checks and are commissioned with the Office of the Secretary of State for the State of Texas.

Where are you located?

We are strictly a MOBILE notary and courier service for the DFW Metroplex, therefore, we do not have a main office location. We can meet you wherever you want, whenever you want!

What do you charge?

We charge a negotiated flat rate based on the location of the signing, the volume of work required, and the time of day/week. We accept cash, check, or any major credit card

Can a Notary Public prepare or assist in the preparation of any legal documents?

No, a notary public can only witness the signing of the documents, not assist or prepare any documents. To assist or prepare documents would be an unlawful practice of law. This keeps the notary’s position as an impartial witness to the signing.

What do I need, and can I be refused a notarization?

All signers MUST provide identification in the form of a driver’s license, state I.D., or passport. A notary public may refuse to perform a notarization if he or she cannot be certain of a prospective signer’s identity, willingness, or understanding of what is happening at that moment. In addition, a notary may not notarize a document in which he or she has a financial interest

About Us

Notary DFW LLC., was founded in 2018 in Dallas, Texas, with the purpose of catering to the specific needs of our friends within the Dallas legal community by providing an array of services. Those services include mobile notary services, hot-shot deliveries, court filings, document retrievals, and deposition attendees. We have since expanded to include on-site notary services for the general public. We also provide signing agent services for title companies and lenders alike, an industry that has seen significant growth in the wake of the robust real estate market that has exploded in North Texas. We will continue to search for new and exciting ways to diversify our product offerings, so that we can reach more customers, and better serve our current ones!
